Curb Appeal
First, look at the exterior of your house, better known as your curb appeal. Examine the outside of your house from a street view. What do you notice first? What unique characteristics seem waiting to be noticed?
Knowing this assists us in deciding what we can do to attract buyers from the street and into your house. If your home's exterior isn't up to par with touched up paint and bright garden plants we'll need to tackle those issues. Refer to the Curb Appeal Checklist and elevate your house's final selling price.

Welcome Home
Can buyers see themselves enjoying game night in your living space, unwinding in your master bedroom or inviting family and friends over for a dinner in your dining room? We want your Open House to pleasantly accept buyers and offer them a sense of contentment. I'll help you do this by suggesting changes that enhance your home's features.
I'll tell you get rid of things that give the look of clutter. Counter tops should be free and clear. Knickknacks, sentimental items, family photos, and refrigerator artwork should get stored away too. We need to remove the personal details from the house so buyers can envision it as their new home.
I know exactly where a room's best features are and how to highlight them. Areas that directly affect your sale price include fixable like pieces of furniture that should get removed, rooms that need neutral paint, carpet that needs steaming, fixtures that need replacing, and windows that need washing
Potential buyers like a home that brings them inside. Items that could be "loud" should be removed in order for your home to garner mass appeal at every showing.

Setting the Stage
You'll know when you're ready to host an Open House, because everything comes together to create a picture of what buyers can expect after they choose to buy your house. To counteract darkness is important and we'll part the curtains, and add lighting where needed to welcome the buyer. We'll enhance the air of the house with enjoyable music playing softly and make sure a nice aroma circulates from every room. We'll make use of cozy-looking blankets, and throw pillows on your couch and bedding. We want buyers to feel like your house has the potential to be. |
